Virtual Consults

WHAT TO EXPECT

  •  Once you submit your information or contact us, we will set up a phone call to understand your clinics specific needs and schedule your consultation.

  • Then we will ship you a box of equipment which will include two cameras, a tablet, a tripod, a return label and all accessories needed to properly protect and use the equipment. Once you receive the equipment, we will set up a time with you the day before the consult to set everything up. This should take under 1 hour.

  • Once everything is set up the morning of, you will just need to turn on zoom and move the cameras to an area we can watch everything.

  • Our consultant will spend the first day of your virtual consult monitoring video feed, asking questions to staff, formatting notes and putting together a plan of action to improve on needed areas.

  • With this camera and tablet set up the consultant will be able to monitor and communicate with the staff in 3 areas of the clinic at the same time.

  • The next day we ask that we can meet with management and support staff to go over implementing these improvements, enhancing protocols, and answering questions.  We look forward to working with you!

VIRTUAL CONSULTS INCLUDE

  • A 1.5 - day consultation performed by a single consultant, designed to help you and your team become more efficient and to elevate the quality of the services your clinic offers 

  • Review and suggestions to improve the following operational areas:

    • Spay and Neuter Clinic Efficiency 

    • Team Building 

    • Time Management 

    • Intake and Release Efficiency 

    • Client Communication 

    • Gentle Animal Handling 

    • Surgical and Paperwork Flow 

    • Disease Control 

    • Patient Care, Anesthetic Monitoring and Recovery

    • Surgical Preparation   

  • A full analysis on your clinic.

  • A full day monitoring how your clinic functions virtually by watching live video feed and asking questions to all staff through intake, surgery and release

  • A full day of reviewing what was observed and making an action plan with realistic goals for your team

  • Presentation of goals determined together with management that staff team need to work on  

  • Additional study materials, videos and links on corresponding topics to be sent by the consultant 

  • A full written report (to be sent 7-10 days after consult is complete) that will help you and your clinic team set goals and realistic progress markers that hold you all accountable 

REQUIREMENTS

  • You will be required to set up the equipment in a good location during intake, surgery and release, with guidance by one of our consultants.

  • Your clinic will also need to have Wi-Fi access in the surgical, and reception area.

  • The management team will need to be available on the second day for meetings and discussions.

  • The support staff will need to be available the second day to go over goals, topics.

PRICING

  • Virtual Consults are $1000 plus a $500 refundable equipment deposit.
